I received the Seth Thomas Brentwood wall clock from you this week. I want to compliment you on the extremely careful packaging the clock arrived in. When ordering, this was my only concern, since at times UPS has delivered items that were in bad shape due to rough handling and/or inadequete packaging. You far surpassed my expectations. The clock is beautiful on the wall and will probably become a family heirloom in the future. I would reccomend you to anyone looking for a great product at a fair price, and also meticulously packaged and shipped.

I recently ordered my very first cuckoo clock from you folks. It arrived yesterday in perfect condition. My husband assembled and hung it for me last night (I'm blind).

We purchased a Hentschel
Grandfather clock from your website (TopClock.com),
and it has been a wonderful experience. The clock arrived exactly as
scheduled, and your price was the lowest we could find. The clock is
absolutely beautiful; it has a high quality Hermle
triple chime movement, and the clock cabinet is really gorgeous. We looked
at every major brand of Grandfather clock, and the Hentschel
clocks have the best cabinetry, truly meticulous in every detail.
The shipping was free;
we ordered the optional white glove setup, but we setup the clock
ourselves. We were so excited when we received the clock that we read the
instructions, setup the clock, and cancelled the white glove setup. The
setup instructions are very good, and your technician (at TopClock)
answered a couple of additional questions over the phone. We are very
